FIDs or Flame Ionization Detectors can have a range from 0-50,000ppm and detect both Methane and a wide range of VOCs. These instruments do very well in areas of high humidity and can run up to 8 hours continuously on one tank of ultra pure hydrogen.
All rental units are maintained to the highest standard and are calibrated and checked extensively before leaving our facilities. With calibration certificates and records kept on file you can be sure that no effort is spared to insure an easy and worry free rental experience.
